Version 2.4
Released February 2026
New features
Fully redesigned docs site with full-text search, table of contents, footer, feedback prompts, and new resource pages including Security, API Reference, and Release Notes.
Added Ctrl+K for global search, improved navigation shortcuts, and keyboard-friendly dropdown menus across all modules.
Select multiple requests and perform bulk approve, reject, or reassign operations from the table view. Supports up to 50 items per batch with a progress summary dialogue.
Users can now add, remove, and rearrange dashboard widgets to personalise their home screen. Widgets are available for Request Management, Project Operations, Workforce Administration, and Document Control.

Released January 2026
New features
Released the Datar mobile app on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The mobile app supports Request Management submissions and approvals, timesheet entry, Document Control file access and previews, push notifications, and offline draft saving. Available for iOS 16+ and Android 12+.
Preview PDFs, images, spreadsheets, and documents directly in the browser without downloading. Supports page navigation, zoom controls, and full-screen viewing for supported file types.

Team calendar in Workforce Administration shows approved leave automatically alongside scheduled meetings
Request Management form autosave for drafts, preventing data loss when navigating away
Project Operations board view now supports swimlane grouping by assignee or priority

Fixed: Push notifications not delivering on Android devices when the app was in the background
Fixed: Document Control shared link expiry date not being enforced for view-only links

New features
Full procurement lifecycle management covering the entire procure-to-pay process. Sub-features include tender creation and publication, multi-stage bid evaluation with configurable scoring criteria, purchase order generation and approval workflows, budget tracking with committed and actual spend visibility, supplier registration and performance scorecards, and goods receipt and invoice matching.

Request Management approval chains now support conditional routing based on request value thresholds
Inventory Tracking catalogue search now includes barcode and serial number lookup
Project Operations task dependencies now display warning indicators when a predecessor is overdue

New features
A unified tagging system that works across Request Management, Project Operations, Document Control, and Inventory Tracking. Tags are customisable per organisation and support colour coding and filtering.
All table views now support exporting filtered data to CSV or PDF format, including Request Management reports, Inventory Tracking stock summaries, and Workforce Administration leave reports.

New features
Version 2.0 was a major platform update that introduced the new Cloudscape-based user interface, overhauled the navigation, and added several new modules.
The entire platform was rebuilt using the Cloudscape design system, delivering a consistent, accessible, and modern user experience across all modules. Includes new navigation patterns, breadcrumbs, and a unified header.
A complete Inventory Tracking module for managing stock items, categories, warehouses, and stock movements. Supports stock-in, stock-out, transfers, adjustments, low-stock alerts, and request-based fulfilment workflows.
Full dark mode support across all modules. Users can toggle between light, dark, and system-preference themes from their profile settings.
A centralised notification centre with in-app alerts, email digest preferences, and per-module notification settings. Supports mark-as-read, filtering by module, and deep links to the relevant item.
